Scythe Mod

Scythe Mod adds powerful endgame scythes with unique combat mechanics, active abilities, special right-click skills, HUD timers, custom progression, and dark fantasy-style gameplay for both survival and PvP.

This is not just a weapon pack. Each scythe has its own playstyle, resource loop, cooldowns, risks, and combat identity.

Features

Bloody Scythe

A cursed melee weapon built around pressure, sustain, and finishing marked targets.

• Inflicts Bleeding, a custom damage-over-time effect.
• Bleeding deals true damage and ignores normal defenses.
• Has a chance to heal the wielder through Vampirism.
• Can partially pierce enemy damage mitigation.
• Right Click — Blender
  Pulls nearby hostile targets toward you, damages them, slows them, and applies Bleeding.
• Scythe Ability Key — Blood Harvest
  Marks nearby enemy players for a limited time. Kill during the harvest window to gain powerful temporary buffs. Fail the harvest and you are punished with debuffs.

Toxic Scythe

An anti-armor scythe focused on poison, durability damage, and area denial.

• Basic attacks can damage the target’s entire armor set.
• Basic attacks can apply Poison II.
• Right Click — Toxic Orb
  Launches a projectile that bursts on impact, deals armor-piercing damage, applies poison, and damages armor.
• Scythe Ability Key — Toxic Aura
  Creates a short-duration aura that poisons nearby enemies, damages armor over time, and can trigger extra armor-piercing damage or nausea.

Withering Scythe

A necromantic scythe built around soul harvesting, minions, and wither pressure.

• Basic attacks can apply Wither II.
• Killing mobs stores souls.
• Killing players stores more souls.
• Right Click — Summon Minion
  Spends souls and durability to summon a wither-skeleton minion.
• Minions follow and defend their owner.
• Minions can regenerate by consuming durability from the owner’s scythe.
• Shift + Right Click dismisses your summoned minions.
• Scythe Ability Key — Withering Aura
  Applies Wither to nearby enemies and buffs your minions with Strength and Speed.

Controls

• Right Click while holding a scythe: use that scythe’s special ability.
• Scythe Ability Key default: R.
• Hold Shift on a scythe tooltip to see detailed ability descriptions.
• Hold Alt while viewing the tooltip to see numeric stats.

Progression

The mod includes custom progression built around crafting, rare materials, and mastery challenges.
