Simple server-side tornado mod.

Adds tornadoes made with vanilla features, so this mod does not have to be installed on clients.

Mechanichs:
Tornados have a 5% chance of spawning every day. For each day passed without one, 5% is added.
When a tornado is going to spawn, it will randomly choose a player from the server and randomly spawn one of its 4 types of tornadoes near it.
The tornado will follow the player at a random speed within 3-6 blocks per second.
You can already guess what happens if you get to close hehe.

Commands (currently commands can only be run from the server's console)

Types: F0, F1, F2, F3

There are currently 4 types of tornadoes in the mod
F0: Weakest of the 4, small suction raidus and only turns grass into dirt.
F1: Can pickup animals and mobs, destroy farmland and grass blocks.
F2: Can pickup players, mobs, destroy farmland, leaves, torches and glass.
F3: Can do everyhting an F2 can and is bigger.
