Shared Backpack

This mod adds a Shared Backpack to the game that can be used by all players.
It is used to share items on friendly multiplayer servers.

The Shared Backpack is the size of a double chest (54 slots) and can be accessed by using the /backpack or /bp command (no permission required).

This is a server-side mod and does not need to be installed on the client.

The content of the Shared Backpack is stored with the world files at /world/data/shared-backpack/shared-backpack.dat.

How to Install Shared Backpack on Your Server

Order Server

Order a Minecraft Java server with at least 3 GB RAM (4 GB recommended).

Set fabric Loader

In the panel under "Egg", select the fabric loader and matching Minecraft version (26.1.2).

Install Mod

Open the mod browser in the dashboard and search for "Shared Backpack". Click "Install" – done! Alternatively, upload the .jar via SFTP to the /mods folder.
