About this Mod
Sharp Tone
A ModFest: Singularity Submission Mod, by DiamondDev
Sharp Tone is a mod adding a weapon called the Resonant Dagger. This weapon is crafted with the new 1.19 Echo Shard item, and has an instrumental and deadly Sonic Blasting function.
Charging
You can charge the Dagger by killing mobs. Much like the Sculk Catalyst, this item charges depending on the killed Enemies XP yield, however some charge is lost, as the Echo Shards can't provide as much strength as the Catalyst. There are 4 Charge levels: Silent Echo, Echoing Whisper, Reverberating Call, Vibrating Scream and finally, Resonant Voices. A Full Charge, Resonant Voices is incredibly strong. You'll hear a charging sound when you reach a new charge level.
Sonic Blasting
Once you have a desired amount of charge, you can release an incredibly powerful Sonic Blast, much like the Warden. The difference? This one can be weakened with Armor. Protection won't help you, though. Not only that, but blasting will deal a large amount of knockback - So if you're close enough, you'll be propelled! You can also blast the ground to reach a similar effect. Don't worry about dying, though - You won't be hurt by your own blasts!

This mod was created as a part/submission of ModFest: Singularity! You can find their website here: https://modfest.net
I made this mod in about 6 days, and I'm really proud of how it turned out in such a small amount of time. Well, for mods anyway. This mod was really fun to develop, especially with some of the more bizarre glitches that evolved over time. You can find a lot of short clips from the development process on my YouTube channel, so you can find that here: https://www.youtube.com/@diamonddevv
I hope you enjoy this mod as much as I did making it. Thank you for reading, and if you did, Thank you for downloading. It means the world to me.
