This mod adds functional catapults, ballistae, and more siege engines in future – complete with realistic physics, customizable recipes, and immersive gameplay.

Catapults

Launch projectiles with realistic trajectories and deadly force.
Projectile Types:
- Cobblestone – 50 Damage
- Cobble Cluster – 12x mini rocks, 20 Damage each
- Fire Pot – Ignites an area on impact
- Explosive Pot – TNT-like area damage
Control with WASD and Space to load and shoot
Hold Right-Click to show the trajectory preview

Ballistae

Precision weapon with a special aiming mode (Right-Click)
Fires fast and deadly bolts with realistic ballistics

Siege Table

Craft your siege weapons directly using a dedicated Siege Table

Repair System

Repair your siege weapons using Iron Nuggets and Wooden Planks

How to Install Siege Weapons on Your Server

Order Server

Order a Minecraft Java server with at least 3 GB RAM (4 GB recommended).

Set forge Loader

In the panel under "Egg", select the forge loader and matching Minecraft version (1.20.1).

Install Mod

Open the mod browser in the dashboard and search for "Siege Weapons". Click "Install" – done! Alternatively, upload the .jar via SFTP to the /mods folder.

Siege Weapons server crashes on startup – what to do?

Most common cause: wrong forge version or insufficient RAM. Check the server log (latest.log) for "OutOfMemoryError" or "Mixin" errors. With Mado Hosting: ensure at least 3 GB RAM is allocated and the loader matches the mod version (1.20.1). You can switch loaders with one click in the panel.
