Simple BBQ

🍖 Introduction

Simple BBQ is an entry for TeaCon 2022 modding competition. It is a very simple mod (just like its name) that adds skewering, grilling, and seasoning features to give you the fun of BBQ in Minecraft.

🍢 Skewer Everything Up

Place the food on the Skewering Table and turn the food into skewers with sticks or bamboo.

🔥 Grill on the Campfire

Set the Grill on the Campfire, place the prepared skewers on the Grill and wait patiently for a few moments to get the delicious skewers.

🧂 Get More Flavor

Skewers without flavor are boring. Do you want a spicy flavor? Then have some Chili Powder. Do you prefer sweet? How about a little Honey? The unique flavor of Cumin and the salty flavor of Salt and Pepper are both what I want. Seasoning can be added during the skewers grilling, and eating seasoned skewers will also have special effects.

You can find some unique BBQ Camps in the village, where you can find a professional barbecue chef called Skewerman. He can not only help you skewer, but also sell you some of his treasured seasonings. Why not make a deal with him?

⚙️ Customization

As a modpack maker, you can add Skewering Recipes, Grilling Recipes, and Seasoning Recipes easily via datapack. In the future, you can also customize Seasoning Effects with datapack.
