About this Mod
Simple Multiplayer Ping
Simple Multiplayer Ping is a client-side ping mod for Minecraft multiplayer that allows players to mark locations in the world and communicate with teammates in games like Bedwars or Skywars using visual pings.
The system works similar to the ping mechanics in games like Valorant, Apex Legends, or Fortnite, allowing players to quickly highlight important locations without voice chat.
Because the mod is client-side only, it works on any multiplayer server, including minigame servers like Hypixel, without requiring installation on the server.

Minecraft Ping System
The mod adds a fast and intuitive ping system that allows players to highlight locations directly in the world.
Players can:
Click the mouse wheel to place a quick ping
Hold the mouse wheel to open the Ping Wheel with more options
This allows teams to communicate instantly during gameplay.

Ping Types
The mod currently includes three ping types:
Normal Ping — mark an important location
Warning Ping — alert teammates about danger
Move Ping — suggest where teammates should go
These pings help players coordinate during:
Bedwars
PvP fights
Survival multiplayer
Exploration
Team events
Works on Multiplayer Servers
Unlike many Minecraft mods, Simple Multiplayer Ping does not require a server mod.
This means it works on:
Public multiplayer servers
Minigame servers
Private SMP servers
Vanilla servers
Examples:
Hypixel
Bedwars servers
Small friend servers
The mod only needs to be installed on the client.
Party System
To share pings with other players, the mod uses a simple party system.
Players can:
Create a party
Share the party code with friends
Instantly see each other's pings
For quick multiplayer sessions there is a default party:
Party Code: 1
This allows players on small servers to start using the mod immediately.
Customization
The ping system is fully customizable.
Players can change:
Ping color
Ping size
Ping duration
Ping distance
Ping sound
Option to show or hide the player name below the ping
Option to display other players’ pings in different colors

Map Integration
Pings also integrate with popular Minecraft map mods.
They appear on:
Xaero’s Minimap
Xaero’s World Map
Players can also middle-click a location on the world map to place a ping directly at that position.
