Slimy Project
Slimy project is a simple mod that adds throwable slime balls and some other slime related stuff to the game. Besides from your typical slime balls from vanilla Minecraft, there are also many different cool variants like Exploding slime balls, Soul slime balls and more!
There are also some other slime-related contents such as new biomes and mobs. Explore the world to find out more!
Important: This mod is still at the early stage of development, so bugs might occur. Please make sure to make backups often. You can report issues via the issue tracker.

Versions
This is a Fabric mod. There is no Forge version of this mod.
This mod is an old mod that I created a few years ago, so it currently only supports Minecraft 1.17.1 version, but I do plan to make it support newer version of Minecraft in the future.

How to Install Slimy Project on Your Server
Order Server
Order a Minecraft Java server with at least 4 GB RAM (6 GB recommended).
Set fabric Loader
In the panel under "Egg", select the fabric loader and matching Minecraft version (1.17.1).
Install Mod
Open the mod browser in the dashboard and search for "Slimy Project". Click "Install" – done! Alternatively, upload the .jar via SFTP to the /mods folder.

Slimy Project server crashes on startup – what to do?
Most common cause: wrong fabric version or insufficient RAM. Check the server log (latest.log) for "OutOfMemoryError" or "Mixin" errors. With Mado Hosting: ensure at least 4 GB RAM is allocated and the loader matches the mod version (1.17.1). You can switch loaders with one click in the panel.
Is Slimy Project compatible with fabric?
Slimy Project officially supports fabric for Minecraft 1.17.1. The Mado dashboard automatically detects incompatible loader combinations.
Server lagging with Slimy Project – how to optimize performance?
Recommended RAM: 6 GB (per 5 players). Use /spark profiler to check if Slimy Project consumes the most tick time. Common fixes: reduce server view-distance to 8-10, install "performant" or "starlight" as supplementary mods on Forge.
