With this mod you'll always spawn on land.
About this Mod
Smart Spawn ensures players never spawn in water. When a new player joins the world for the first time, it checks if their spawn location is in water and automatically teleports them to solid ground. It also adjusts the world's global spawn point at startup if it happens to land in or near water.

How to Install Smart Spawn on Your Server
Order Server
Order a Minecraft Java server with at least 4 GB RAM (6 GB recommended).
Set forge Loader
In the panel under "Egg", select the forge loader and matching Minecraft version (1.12.2).
Install Mod
Open the mod browser in the dashboard and search for "Smart Spawn". Click "Install" – done! Alternatively, upload the .jar via SFTP to the /mods folder.

Smart Spawn server crashes on startup – what to do?
Most common cause: wrong forge version or insufficient RAM. Check the server log (latest.log) for "OutOfMemoryError" or "Mixin" errors. With Mado Hosting: ensure at least 4 GB RAM is allocated and the loader matches the mod version (1.12.2). You can switch loaders with one click in the panel.
