About this Mod

Drastically improves the performance of Sodium's OcclusionCuller when using a LOD mod such as Distant Horizons, Voxy, Nvidium or Bobby.

When using one of these LOD mods, it'll overload Sodium's single threaded while loop OcclusionCuller typically causing a huge drop in FPS performance and frame hitching. This mod fixes that bottle neck in Sodium's OcclusionCuller.

Nvidium does the same patch, but for a Nvidia based GPU.

How to Install Sodium LOD Fixer on Your Server

Order Server

Order a Minecraft Java server with at least 3 GB RAM (4 GB recommended).

Set fabric Loader

In the panel under "Egg", select the fabric loader and matching Minecraft version (1.21.11).

Install Mod

Open the mod browser in the dashboard and search for "Sodium LOD Fixer". Click "Install" – done! Alternatively, upload the .jar via SFTP to the /mods folder.
