Well here we go, first off, it's not happy or whimsical at all, it's a horror mod, made in imitation of the dweller mods that have gained popularity as of late...
Here's what it adds:
A single (well on a technical basis 4 for it's jump-scare counterpart and trigger entity) mob, a hostile one of which appears when a strange being catches you.

How to Install Solesteam's Generic ??? Mod on Your Server
Order Server
Order a Minecraft Java server with at least 3 GB RAM (4 GB recommended).
Set forge Loader
In the panel under "Egg", select the forge loader and matching Minecraft version (1.20.1).
Install Mod
Open the mod browser in the dashboard and search for "Solesteam's Generic ??? Mod". Click "Install" – done! Alternatively, upload the .jar via SFTP to the /mods folder.
