Solid Trapdoors
New trapdoors more immersive — no more accidental openings. These wooden trapdoors behave just like vanilla ones, but can only be opened or closed if you're holding a stick, making them perfect for use as walls, floors, or decorative details.
About this Mod
🪵 Immersive Trapdoors – Only open with a stick!
This mod adds functional copies of all vanilla wooden trapdoors with a twist: they can only be opened or closed while you're holding a stick. If you're not holding a stick, they behave like solid, static blocks — no accidental clicks, no surprise openings.
This is perfect for builders and roleplayers who want to use trapdoors as walls, floors, ceilings, furniture, or hidden passages without worrying about immersion-breaking misclicks.
The new trapdoors look and behave exactly like their vanilla counterparts — same models, same textures — but are fully controlled by the player’s hand.
🧱 Features:
All six wooden trapdoor types (oak, spruce, birch, jungle, acacia, dark oak) included
Fully immersive: trapdoors can’t open unless you’re holding a stick
No accidental interactions — great for decoration or structural use
Included in the minecraft:wooden_trapdoors block tag for full compatibility
Perfect for adventure maps, roleplay, or detailed builds
🎮 Compatibility:
Works in singleplayer and multiplayer
Compatible with most mods and datapacks that rely on vanilla tags
📌 Note: These are not replacements — they are new blocks. You’ll find them in the redstone or building tabs depending on your creative inventory.
Make your builds cleaner, safer, and more immersive — one stick at a time!
