Spud Slingers

Items:

1. Potato Cannon: A potato crossbow. Loads ammunition in the spud_slingers:potato_cannon_ammunition tag similiar to arrows for crossbows, and shoots out high-velocity potatoes. Items in the spud_slingers:fiery_potatoes tag (by default, only Hot Potato and Very Baked Potato) will burn entities upon hit, while items in the spud_slingers:poison_potatoes (by default, only vanilla's Poisonous Potato) have a chance to inflict poison.
2. Hot Potato: A dangerous potato that sits in the inventory of a player. When not in creative mode, the player cannot remove this from the slot it is currently in. Burns the player (to death) and turns into a Very Baked Potato when its timer reaches 0.
3. Very Baked Potato: A very baked potato. Burns the user upon consumption.
