Stupid Eye Strain
A Minecraft Mod that sends you occasional reminders to take a break and look at something far away to avoid eye strain. By default, it follows the 20-20-20 rule, meaning 20 minutes of looking at the screen, followed by 20 minutes of looking at something far away, and then again, 20 minutes of looking at the screen. Those values are fully customizable though!

How to Install Stupid Eye Strain on Your Server
Order Server
Order a Minecraft Java server with at least 3 GB RAM (4 GB recommended).
Set fabric Loader
In the panel under "Egg", select the fabric loader and matching Minecraft version (1.21.11).
Install Mod
Open the mod browser in the dashboard and search for "Stupid Eye Strain". Click "Install" – done! Alternatively, upload the .jar via SFTP to the /mods folder.
