The portals are all built just like the basic nether portal, but with the following blocks in place of regular obsidian.:
Iron reinforced is reserved for False Overworld

Heated Magma is for Nether Isles
Gold Reinforced is used for: Underground/ Caverns/ Deep Caverns

Light obsidian bricks are used for Ender caves

Etched wood is used to travel to the strange forests dimensions.

Amber Bricks are used for the Shifted Sands Desert Dimension
