About this Mod
Survivalist makes many changes to the base game to make the survival more intresting and longer.
Here are the major changes:
- There is now copper level tools then bronze level tools between stone and iron in progression
New Progression
- Beds no longer reset your spawn point.
Beds have been changed to only sleep through night.
- Respawn anchors work in all dimentions.
Respawn anchors now work in all dimentions and are the main way to set your spawnpoint, to compansate the crafting price of a respawn anchor has been reduced to a third of the original price.
- Food and Healing work seprately.
Health regenerates on its own until half health, if the player heals enough past half health it will aouomaticly start healing again. Hunger is no longer tied to healing.
- Most Villages are abandoned
Most villages are abandoned, this means there will be no living villagers in these villages, some villages will still generate as normal.

Goats now drop mutton and wool on death
Sheep drop less wool on death
Beds require twice as much woll to craft

Villages mostly generate as ruins
Farmland will turn into depleated dirt overtime and will no longer grow crops
Lodestones are way cheaper to craft, no longer requireing netherite
Respawn anchors are 2 times cheaper to craft
Health regenerates independitly of hunger
Pillager outposts can now generate as ruins
Foxes now drop fox hide
Iron and gold ores drop multiple raw ore
Copper, Iron and gold raw ore now smelt into nuggets instead of ingots

How to Install Survivalist on Your Server
Order Server
Order a Minecraft Java server with at least 3 GB RAM (4 GB recommended).
Set fabric Loader
In the panel under "Egg", select the fabric loader and matching Minecraft version (1.21.11).
Install Mod
Open the mod browser in the dashboard and search for "Survivalist". Click "Install" – done! Alternatively, upload the .jar via SFTP to the /mods folder.

Survivalist server crashes on startup – what to do?
Most common cause: wrong fabric version or insufficient RAM. Check the server log (latest.log) for "OutOfMemoryError" or "Mixin" errors. With Mado Hosting: ensure at least 3 GB RAM is allocated and the loader matches the mod version (1.21.11). You can switch loaders with one click in the panel.
Is Survivalist compatible with fabric?
Survivalist officially supports fabric for Minecraft 1.21.11, 1.21.9, 1.21.8. The Mado dashboard automatically detects incompatible loader combinations.
Server lagging with Survivalist – how to optimize performance?
Recommended RAM: 4 GB (per 8 players). Use /spark profiler to check if Survivalist consumes the most tick time. Common fixes: reduce server view-distance to 8-10, install "performant" or "starlight" as supplementary mods on Forge.
