This mod allows for configuring specific damage reduction ratios and durability loss percentages for any armor against TaCZ bullets; it is ineffective against other damage sources. Replaces vanilla armor mechanics with linear proportional damage reduction to simplify TaCZ gun pack balancing.
This mod needs to be installed on the server.

Prerequisites

Enabling Features
One-click setup for Minecraft Armor Piercing:

Enable proportional armor damage reduction:

Configuration
Armor scaling config is located at ./config/armorscaling/*.json
- After modifying, use
/armorscaling reloadto reload the configuration. - Use
/armorscaling config armorscaling switchto switch between different configuration files. - If multiple configurations are stored within a single file, use
/armorscaling config armorscaling idto select.

How to Install TaCZ Armor Scaling on Your Server
Order Server
Order a Minecraft Java server with at least 3 GB RAM (4 GB recommended).
Set forge Loader
In the panel under "Egg", select the forge loader and matching Minecraft version (1.21.1).
Install Mod
Open the mod browser in the dashboard and search for "TaCZ Armor Scaling". Click "Install" – done! Alternatively, upload the .jar via SFTP to the /mods folder.
