About this Mod
Here, firearms are no longer just generic iron blocks, and armor is far more than a simple reskin of leather or diamond gear. From makeshift refugee equipment to top-tier “Excellent” military hardware, you must continuously scavenge for stronger weapons and armor in the wasteland. Face increasingly deadly AI enemies and experience a high-pressure gunfight survival journey filled with rewarding progression.
Weapon Grading System
Built upon the original TACZ firearms, this mod introduces a strict four-tier weapon quality system. Each firearm is categorized by craftsmanship quality, with higher-tier weapons gaining significant combat advantages:
Improved:
Weapons with basic tuning, offering slight increases to damage and armor penetration.
Refined:
Well-crafted standard-issue firearms with enhanced combat performance.
Perfect:
Near-flawless masterpieces with extremely high penetration coefficients, capable of tearing through ordinary armor with ease.
Excellent:
Top-tier military factory products with terrifying armor-piercing capability and extreme damage output.
Note:
The higher the weapon tier, the greater the bonus to base damage and penetration. High-tier firearms become essential for fighting heavily armored enemies in the late game.
Defense System: 7-Tier Tactical Armor
To adapt to high-intensity combat environments, this mod adds seven tiers of tactical armor inspired by Metro Royale. These armors feature independent damage reduction mechanics rather than relying solely on vanilla armor points.
Tier System:
From crude Tier 1 armor to Tier 7 “god-tier” equipment with overwhelming defensive capabilities.
Core Attributes:
Bullet Damage Reduction:
Directly reduces incoming firearm damage by percentage.
Penetration Resistance:
Reduces the penetration coefficient of enemy bullets. High-tier armor can effectively resist lower-tier firearms.
Hostile Forces: 6-Tier NPC Ecosystem
The wasteland is full of danger. This mod introduces six tiers of armed NPCs, creating a dynamic hierarchy of threats. Different NPC ranks use corresponding armor and weapons while possessing unique combat AI.
Refugee:
Poorly equipped and slow-moving cannon fodder units.
Militia:
Possess basic combat awareness and use standard low-tier weapons.
Mercenary:
Experienced fighters equipped with Tier 3 or Tier 4 armor and Improved-grade weapons.
Assault Soldier:
Well-trained military units with faster movement speed and aggressive firepower. Equipped with Tier 4 or Tier 5 armor and Perfect-grade weapons.
Special Forces:
Highly dangerous elite units equipped with Tier 5 or Tier 6 armor and Perfect-grade weapons.
Super Special Forces:
The rulers of the battlefield. Equipped with Tier 6 or Tier 7 armor and Excellent-grade weapons, possessing extremely fast reactions and movement speed as the ultimate endgame challenge.
AI Features:
Different NPC tiers feature independent movement speed configurations and state-machine animations.
Lower-tier enemies move sluggishly, while higher-tier enemies perform tactical maneuvers and rapid assaults.
Tactical Items
Beyond firearms and armor, tactical throwables are also essential for victory. This mod adds multiple functional tactical items to enrich battlefield gameplay.
Grenade:
Deals large-scale explosive damage, ideal for clearing groups of enemies.
Molotov:
Creates a fire zone on impact, continuously burning enemies within the area.
Landmine:
A concealed defensive explosive triggered when stepped on, ideal for defending strongholds.
Freeze Mine:
A special tactical mine that not only deals damage but also slows or freezes enemies after detonation.
