TerraArts Shimmered

Removed all broken / unstable items from Terra Arts:

ankh charm and ankh shield: kicks you from the server with internal server error and you can't join back when you have a bad potion effect like poison/weakness/etc

shiny red balloon: doesnt work, should increase jump height

fluffy boots: doesn't work on singleplayer or multiplayer, should be a combination of rocket boots and hermes boots effects

cloud/blizzard/sandstorm in a bottle: doesnt work, should allow double jump

cloud/blizzard/sandstorm in a balloon: doesnt work, should increase jump height and allow double jump with increased jump height too

angel wings: doesnt work, should allow flight for 3.4 seconds

water walking boots: works but very very bad and inconsistent
lava walking boots: works but very very bad and inconsistent
will drop you into the lava / water randomly and sometime will make you float high above it

diving gear: doesnt increase breathing time

jellyfish diving gear: works but doesnt increase breathing time also crashes on newer versions of dummycore(not important but noteworthy)

lava stone: doesn't work

ice skates: doesnt work(not important)

rocket boots: destroy your fps when you jump even with particles turned off. also they stop working after relogging

//NOTE: The attached Dummycore (v1.12) is the only version that doesn't crash when wearing the flippers
