About this Mod
This mod uses a modified version of Fabric (Babric) and is designed only for Better than Adventure, a heavily modified version of Minecraft b1.7.3!

About
TerrainAPI is a complete rewrite of the Chunk Decorator Classes in BTA, it allows for mods to easily add and modify world features and structures in BTA. TerrainAPI is also setup to allow lots of configurability to the user, allowing them to modify the world generation themselves.
Some user configurable things being:
- Tree densities
- Ore densities
- Ore spawn heights
- Lake densities
- Plant densities

This mod needs a specific MultiMC/Prism instance to run

How to Install TerrainAPI on Your Server
Order Server
Order a Minecraft Java server with at least 4 GB RAM (6 GB recommended).
Set bta-babric Loader
In the panel under "Egg", select the bta-babric loader and matching Minecraft version (b1.7.3).
Install Mod
Open the mod browser in the dashboard and search for "TerrainAPI". Click "Install" – done! Alternatively, upload the .jar via SFTP to the /mods folder.

TerrainAPI server crashes on startup – what to do?
Most common cause: wrong bta-babric version or insufficient RAM. Check the server log (latest.log) for "OutOfMemoryError" or "Mixin" errors. With Mado Hosting: ensure at least 4 GB RAM is allocated and the loader matches the mod version (b1.7.3). You can switch loaders with one click in the panel.
Is TerrainAPI compatible with bta-babric?
TerrainAPI officially supports bta-babric for Minecraft b1.7.3. The Mado dashboard automatically detects incompatible loader combinations.
Server lagging with TerrainAPI – how to optimize performance?
Recommended RAM: 6 GB (per 5 players). Use /spark profiler to check if TerrainAPI consumes the most tick time. Common fixes: reduce server view-distance to 8-10, install "performant" or "starlight" as supplementary mods on Forge.
