Q: Why doesn’t testosterone give you Peppino powers?
A: Originally, the mod only added the Man Power effect and was created as an inside joke. Later, we took it more seriously and developed it as a counterpart to Create: Estrogen by Maya.
Q: Why Pizza Tower?
A: Many people wanted the counterpart to Create: Estrogen’s Celeste gameplay for Create: Testosterone to be Pizza Tower. We just went with it...
Q: You guys didn’t make Create: Estrogen?
A: Funny story: Mifort and I (John) came up with the idea at school and started developing it independently, without telling each other, before ultimately finding out. We got the idea after a friend constantly shot at us with guns while using the estrogen mod, which led us to create the Man Power effect.

How to Install Create: Testosterone on Your Server
Order Server
Order a Minecraft Java server with at least 4 GB RAM (6 GB recommended).
Set forge Loader
In the panel under "Egg", select the forge loader and matching Minecraft version (1.20.1).
Install Mod
Open the mod browser in the dashboard and search for "Create: Testosterone". Click "Install" – done! Alternatively, upload the .jar via SFTP to the /mods folder.

Recommended RAM: 6 GB (per 5 players). Use /spark profiler to check if Create: Testosterone consumes the most tick time.
