About this Mod
This Thaumcraft 4 add-on provides a lot of content, based around human cooperation and confrontation.
Thaumcraft 4, Thaumic Tinkerer and Forbidden Magic are required to run this mod, but you also might want to include:
- Thaumic Horizons
- Gadomancy
- Tainted Magic
- Thaumic Bases
- Automagy
There are additional integrations with Blood Magic, Botania and Witchery, so it is recommended that you will install all of the above modifications, for full Thaumic Concilium experience.

- The world is now inhabited with the other thaumaturges like yourself! They will exchange your experience related items for some magical junk. Also you can offer them your completed researches for their own ideas.
- At night, less fortunate explorers of arcane knowledge go hunting. Scan them for detailed description and some fight advices.
- Beware of destroying aura nodes, as it'll lead to the opening of a Flux Rift!
- 13 new Wand Focuses, unleash devastating magic on your foes, or become a full-fledged support for your friends!
- 2 Warp powered baubles, to turn your insanity into advantage.
- Grind your supplies of vis crystalls with 2 Shard Mills, instantly applying raw magical power to world.
- Runic Shield based half-set of armor.
- A machine to dissolve mobs into ethereal essense.
- Quicksilver Reactor, to perform alchemical miracle of combining essenses in crucible.
- A device to watch for a status of your party: control their amount of health, runic armor, botanical mana and life essense, act accordingly!
- 2 drums to perform thaumaturgical shamanism.
- Nice pair of boots that assist in construction of vertical pillars.
- Integration with Gadomancy: Travel insane distances with new Earth and Entropy Aura Cores based devices, Support of Forbidden Magic's aspects for Aura Pylon, 2 new Golem Cores, one for household chores, and one for transportation of your specimens (this one also requires Thaumic Horizons).
- Integration with Tainted Magic: Reveal forgotten past of Crimson Cult and defeat its long lost mind-controlling ideological second leader. Acquire his knowledge of curses (requires Witchery!), means to control Crimson Legions and application of rifts for finding peace.
- Integration with Thaumic Bases: Craft new Bracelets with wand cores from other schools of magic! Reap the fruits of your stubborness in trying to find usage of terrasteel caps.
- Integration with Thaumic Horizons: Thaumaturgy has no place for weak and pathetic, if one can't endure weight of forbidden knowledge - he will serve well for others! Capture humans in the world to perform malicious meddling with other's lives for your own pride and benefit. Construct a tool, that exploits life-sipping abilities of void metal and perform a really strange experiment with respiratory system of squids (requires Thaumic Bases!)
- Integration with Automagy, for now, is only exist if you also have Thaumic Horizons installed, without it you'll only add a rebelious problem in your world!

How to Install Thaumic Concilium on Your Server
Order Server
Order a Minecraft Java server with at least 3 GB RAM (4 GB recommended).
Set forge Loader
In the panel under "Egg", select the forge loader and matching Minecraft version (1.7.10).
Install Mod
Open the mod browser in the dashboard and search for "Thaumic Concilium". Click "Install" – done! Alternatively, upload the .jar via SFTP to the /mods folder.

Thaumic Concilium server crashes on startup – what to do?
Most common cause: wrong forge version or insufficient RAM. Check the server log (latest.log) for "OutOfMemoryError" or "Mixin" errors. With Mado Hosting: ensure at least 3 GB RAM is allocated and the loader matches the mod version (1.7.10). You can switch loaders with one click in the panel.
Is Thaumic Concilium compatible with forge?
Thaumic Concilium officially supports forge for Minecraft 1.7.10. The Mado dashboard automatically detects incompatible loader combinations.
Server lagging with Thaumic Concilium – how to optimize performance?
Recommended RAM: 4 GB (per 8 players). Use /spark profiler to check if Thaumic Concilium consumes the most tick time. Common fixes: reduce server view-distance to 8-10, install "performant" or "starlight" as supplementary mods on Forge. With Mado Hosting, your server runs on NVMe SSDs with dedicated CPU cores for minimal latency.
