About this Mod
The Blood Forest drags Minecraft somewhere it was never supposed to go.
This mod adds two new biomes, each twisted in its own way. One is alive in all the worst ways. The other is dead, flat, silent, and wrong. Between them, new materials, structures, and things that should not exist begin creeping into your world.
What this mod adds
The Blood Forest
A biome of flesh, bone, blood, and things that still seem to breathe when they shouldn’t. The ground is covered in blood grass and rotting tissue. Trees grow like skeletons wrapped in meat. Strange obelisks rise from the landscape, and something violent moves through the bogs. It is not a place made for you, but it wants you there anyway.
The Liminal Flats
A vast concrete wasteland where nature has been buried under something cold and artificial. The land is open, empty, and unnervingly safe. Floating spheres hang over the plains. Abandoned ruins sit in silence. Nothing here feels natural, but that is exactly what makes it inviting.
The Black ore
A strange ore found deep in the world, warm to the touch and wrong in a way stone should never be. It feels less like metal and more like something that grew there. Mine it and forge a full set of tools and armor from it.
Why install it?
If you want your world to feel unfamiliar again, this mod is built for that.
Explore biomes that feel hostile, unnatural, and deeply off in completely different ways.
Find new resources and turn The Black into weapons, tools, and armor.
Wander through landscapes that feel more like nightmares than places.
Build in places that are beautiful, empty, corrupted, or all three at once.
Development note
The Blood Forest is still in active development, so things will keep changing, growing, and getting worse. Feedback, bug reports, and suggestions are welcome.
Step into it.
There is nothing waiting for you there worth having.
That has never stopped anyone before.
Server side is not offically supported as of right now, but it can work.
