IMPORTANT STUFF
- This mod can ban you from your world and crash your game.
- This mod can be buggy.
- This mod can destroy your builds (mostly due to bad luck with some spawns).
- This mod can write txt files in your pc.
Spoiler
This allows the mod to remember some things you did or stuff that happened.
If you wish to get rid of these files, they're in your user directory, in "memory".
If you play any version before 0.9, memory files will not be created nor read.

This mod is an addon mod for The Broken Script. It has its own events, structures and entities (with their own mechanics). Just like TBS, it's a slow mod.

- Q: How do I get out of the red dimension?
Go down.
Q: I am trapped in a dark dimension, what do I do?
Close your eyes and wait.
There are overlays on my screen that won't disappear.
I added a command to remove any overlays that stay stuck on the screen, but there's a chance it might not work. Also they should now disappear if you're not close to any entity.
Q: I played TBS 1.9.9 and saw 2 entities from this mod in it, are they stolen?
Redstone planned to add these two entities to TBS, which granted me the Mod Artist role on the official discord, but they were eventually scrapped. The models, textures, sounds, and behavior were done by me.

Entities
You can encounter various entities during your playthrough. That includes in the caves, or at the surface. This can go from passive entities such as a wisp teleporting you or a spectator watching you from behind, to a more aggressive entity like Subjugate forcing you out of a cave unless you want to meet a fate worse than death. If you see something like a black wire-like figure, it's better to not approach.
Events
Several events have been added, they can range from simple chat messages, to something forcing you to look behind you, all the way to something trying to get access to operator perms on your world while you hopelessly watch. Make sure to be careful if you play on the 24th... Because the sun may go bad.
Structures
Currently, the mod only has a limited amount of structures. There are a few new ones that may be important to visit, as well as old ones, such as the Noise Fractal that, yes, is still in TBS, but will not work since the noise blocks have been removed.
Items
A few items have been added to the mod. Blocks that appear randomly in your world, discs that contain something else other than music, and bread (Yes, bread.).
Dimensions
The mod also adds 2 dimensions. One, being accessible if you fail to enter day_b, and the other if you die in a specific way, leading you to endless despair as your roam through nothingness.
Commands
A few commands have been added. Some are unfinished, some are only accessible when you have operator permissions (such as cleaning up everything which forces surrounding entities to die and despawn)
Config
You can access config easily through the mod "Configured", which allows you to enable and disable parts of the mod. That can be entity spawns, structure spawns, or events.

How to Install The Broken Script: Additions on Your Server
Order Server
Order a Minecraft Java server with at least 3 GB RAM (4 GB recommended).
Set neoforge Loader
In the panel under "Egg", select the neoforge loader and matching Minecraft version (1.21.1).
Install Mod
Open the mod browser in the dashboard and search for "The Broken Script: Additions". Click "Install" – done! Alternatively, upload the .jar via SFTP to the /mods folder.

The Broken Script: Additions server crashes on startup – what to do?
Most common cause: wrong neoforge version or insufficient RAM. Check the server log (latest.log) for "OutOfMemoryError" or "Mixin" errors. With Mado Hosting: ensure at least 3 GB RAM is allocated and the loader matches the mod version (1.21.1). You can switch loaders with one click in the panel.
Is The Broken Script: Additions compatible with neoforge?
The Broken Script: Additions officially supports neoforge for Minecraft 1.21.1. The Mado dashboard automatically detects incompatible loader combinations.
Server lagging with The Broken Script: Additions – how to optimize performance?
Recommended RAM: 4 GB (per 8 players). Use /spark profiler to check if The Broken Script: Additions consumes the most tick time. Common fixes: reduce server view-distance to 8-10, install "performant" or "starlight" as supplementary mods on Forge.
