The Eye Caster was a farlander who after destroying all white endermen in the farlands, realised that they got infected into minions. He sent out his minions all over the overworld. Anyone who attacks them is considered an enemy to the Eye Caster. The unsuspecting victim who attacked the minions will be attacked by the Eye Caster...
Guide
Attacking a minion which are the eyes with legs will cause an anger value the Eye Caster has to increase for the attacker. Yes, this includes non-player entities as well. When you or another entity have hit a minion at least 15 times, the Eye Caster will begin randomly hunting the attacker. Beating him gives you the "Eye Communicator" which can be used to save a teleportation spot. If you use it on a block, then you teleport to the spot.

How to Install The Eye Caster on Your Server
Order Server
Order a Minecraft Java server with at least 3 GB RAM (4 GB recommended).
Set fabric Loader
In the panel under "Egg", select the fabric loader and matching Minecraft version (1.21.1).
Install Mod
Open the mod browser in the dashboard and search for "The Eye Caster". Click "Install" – done! Alternatively, upload the .jar via SFTP to the /mods folder.
