About this Mod

The Nether is expanding! This mod adds more diversity to the underworld with new colorful biomes, unique creatures, and a brand-new ore.

New Biomes 🌲

Two new forests join the Nether, following the style of Crimson and Warped forests:

Firebloom Forest: A bright forest with yellow tones. Despite its name, it isn't made of fire, but brings a unique golden atmosphere.
Yemson Forest: A mysterious and dense forest featuring green hues, offering a striking contrast to the usual red landscapes.

New Mobs 🐔

Netherrack Prowler: A small creature similar to a Silverfish. They spawn frequently and drop Netherrack.
Debris Prowler: Extremely rare, this Silverfish variant is a lucky find: it drops one Ancient Debris upon death.
Skeletal Chicken: A passive, skeletal bird. A great source of bones while staying in the Nether.
Basalt Serpent: A hostile serpent that makes exploration more challenging.

New Ore ⛏️

Cobalt: A new precious metal (equivalent to diamond)

How to Install The Nether Update Again on Your Server

Order Server

Order a Minecraft Java server with at least 4 GB RAM (6 GB recommended).

Set forge Loader

In the panel under "Egg", select the forge loader and matching Minecraft version (1.20.1).

Install Mod

Open the mod browser in the dashboard and search for "The Nether Update Again". Click "Install" – done! Alternatively, upload the .jar via SFTP to the /mods folder.
