About this Mod
This mod makes it so that the entire Overworld is replaced with a randomly generated maze of Trial Chambers. Be careful not to get lost! (Hint: You can't avoid getting lost. It's inevitable.)
Chests with loot can occasionally be found around the world, giving you wood and pickaxes. In addition, large rooms (like the Atrium or Chamber 4) generate randomly. Good luck!
Overworld Generation Details
Every structure that can generate in the Overworld is an edited version of one of the vanilla Trial Chambers rooms or structures. In addition to corridors, these rooms can spawn:
- Atrium
- In this room, the reliefs on the sides were removed, and the structure was made less tall by removing the walkways and vault at the top.
- Chamber 4
- In this room, the walkways have been shifted to account for the opening positions. In addition, several new openings were added.
- Slanted
- This room was barely edited (from a version I found in my world), except for the entrances being fixed.
Nether Generation Details
All of these structures were built myself after looking at a real fortress. There are many inaccuracies compared to real fortresses, but that's probably okay. Right?
In addition to open and closed corridors, these rooms can spawn:
- Lava intersection (with one square of lava in the middle). This room was not modified.
- Staircase with nether wart. This room was significantly compressed side-to-side to prevent it from being ridiculously large.
Open corridors can contain blaze spawners and closed corridors can contain chests (with loot identical to vanilla fortress loot).
NOTE: This mod is not finished! The End is not modified, and some more Trial Chambers rooms will be added soon.
