About this Mod

This mod adds corruption when you active a nether portal to give a better immersion in the game, staying in the vanilla style of minecraft.

There are 3 phases :

-When you ligth the portal, any snow or cold block will desapear, and dust particles will apear near the portal.

-Shortly after, nether blocks will apear and create a similar terrain as the nether with fire, netherak ,fire, magamcubes and soulsand.

-When you break the portal, the fire will extinguish, and the corrution will deseapear, but some blocks will stay in the world forever

How to Install TheNetherPlague on Your Server

Order Server

Order a Minecraft Java server with at least 3 GB RAM (4 GB recommended).

Set forge Loader

In the panel under "Egg", select the forge loader and matching Minecraft version (1.20.1).

Install Mod

Open the mod browser in the dashboard and search for "TheNetherPlague". Click "Install" – done! Alternatively, upload the .jar via SFTP to the /mods folder.
