It's simple and very easy to craft!
Step by step instructions on how to make those tomatoes!
Step.1 Find some tall grass (not short grass) and then break it, it will give you Tomato seeds.
Step.2 Get bonemeal.
Step.3 Find sugarcane and turn it into sugar.
Step.4 Smelt the sugar and you'll get Fertilizer.
Step.5 Make a bucket and put water in it.
Step.6 Put the bonemeal, fertilizer, water bucket and the tomato seed into a crafting table.
Step.7 You have tomatoes!
Step.8 Throw it at stuff!

How to Install Throwable Tomatoes on Your Server
Order Server
Order a Minecraft Java server with at least 3 GB RAM (4 GB recommended).
Set forge Loader
In the panel under "Egg", select the forge loader and matching Minecraft version (1.20.1).
Install Mod
Open the mod browser in the dashboard and search for "Throwable Tomatoes". Click "Install" – done! Alternatively, upload the .jar via SFTP to the /mods folder.
