About this Mod
A selection of clocks that tell the time within Minecraft.
Clocks include:
- Alarm clocks that ring at 7am in the morning. A classic red one and a retro one.

- A mantle clock that ticks.
- A wall clock that ticks.
- A town hall clock that you can build around. It also includes a couple of gilt decorations. It chimes at 12 noon.
- A sundial. Place it facing North. It only works when the sun is up!
- A Kit Cat Clock, the tail and eyes are animated.
- A couple of wristwatches. Leave them in your inventory and they will update every in-game hour. You can hold them to view them in hand. They can also be placed. Handy for travel!

Timepiece server crashes on startup – what to do?
Most common cause: wrong forge version or insufficient RAM. Check the server log (latest.log) for "OutOfMemoryError" or "Mixin" errors. With Mado Hosting: ensure at least 3 GB RAM is allocated and the loader matches the mod version (1.20.1). You can switch loaders with one click in the panel.
Is Timepiece compatible with forge?
Timepiece officially supports forge for Minecraft 1.20.1. The Mado dashboard automatically detects incompatible loader combinations.
Server lagging with Timepiece – how to optimize performance?
Recommended RAM: 4 GB (per 8 players). Use /spark profiler to check if Timepiece consumes the most tick time. Common fixes: reduce server view-distance to 8-10, install "performant" or "starlight" as supplementary mods on Forge. With Mado Hosting, your server runs on NVMe SSDs with dedicated CPU cores for minimal latency.
