About this Mod

A showcase of the items in the mod. Five pies are shown, as well as pizza, a cheese sandwich, and mac & cheese. A manyullyn knife is presented in the center of the screen.

Tinker's Kitchen primarilly adds a new tool to Tinker's Construct; the Kitchen Knife. This tool works as a knife for Farmer's Delight, as well as a weapon in its own right, and can be fully customized using the breadth of Tinker's. Ever wanted your knife to also store milk? Now you can!

Also added by the mod are a few new foods, made using Tinker's materials. Enjoy new cheese-based dishes like pizza or mac & cheese, as well as esoteric options like the new slime-based pies.

I also recommend the unrelated Tinker's Construct Delight, which is a great mod that adds even more Tinker's-related foods to the game.

How to Install Tinker's Kitchen on Your Server

Order Server

Order a Minecraft Java server with at least 3 GB RAM (4 GB recommended).

Set forge Loader

In the panel under "Egg", select the forge loader and matching Minecraft version (1.20.1).

Install Mod

Open the mod browser in the dashboard and search for "Tinker's Kitchen". Click "Install" – done! Alternatively, upload the .jar via SFTP to the /mods folder.

Tinker's Kitchen server crashes on startup – what to do?

Most common cause: wrong forge version or insufficient RAM. Check the server log (latest.log) for "OutOfMemoryError" or "Mixin" errors. With Mado Hosting: ensure at least 3 GB RAM is allocated and the loader matches the mod version (1.20.1). You can switch loaders with one click in the panel.

Is Tinker's Kitchen compatible with forge?

Recommended RAM: 4 GB (per 8 players). Use /spark profiler to check if Tinker's Kitchen consumes the most tick time.
