Tomtaru's Stellaris & Immersive Engineering Tweaks

Integration mod adding Immersive Engineering processing recipes for Stellaris ores and materials.

Full crusher and arc furnace support for Stellaris metals.
Refinery recipes to produce Stellaris fuel and diesel.
Dust processing for corronium, desh, neptunium, solerium, and tharsite.
Adds stellaris Plutonium and Uranium blocks as heat sources for the thermoelectric generator.
Uses common tags (c:) for maximum cross-mod compatibility.
Requires both Stellaris and Immersive Engineering to function.
