About this Mod

🗡️ Too Many Swords

Too Many Swords is a role-based Minecraft weapon mod that adds multiple custom swords with unique 3D models, distinct playstyles, and different combat roles.
Instead of simple stat upgrades, each weapon is designed around timing, weight, speed, and decision-making in combat.

This mod focuses on variety and identity — every sword has a clear purpose and encourages players to switch weapons based on the situation rather than relying on a single overpowered blade.

The project is currently in early beta, with more content, balance changes, and improvements planned.

⚔️ Weapons

Knight Longsword:

A balanced longsword designed for standard combat and general use.

Warrior Longsword:

A heavier longsword with a more aggressive feel, suited for players who prefer stronger hits.

Piercer Blade:

A narrow, thrust-focused blade designed for precise attacks.
(Model issues have been fixed in a 0.0.2 Beta.)

A heavy weapon built around impact.
Can briefly stun enemies when hit.

Pirate Knife:

A short, fast blade inspired by pirate-style weapons, emphasizing speed and simplicity.

Echo Saber:

A stylized late-game sword with a faster attack speed, ideal for follow-up attacks after stunning enemies.

Speed Blade:

A lightweight sword that grants Speed III while held and has a faster attack cooldown, making it ideal for mobility and disengaging from combat.

Speed Blade:

A lightweight sword that grants the player Speed III while held and has a faster attack cooldown. Ideal for mobility, hit-and-run combat, or escaping dangerous situations.

Lightweight Long Sword:

A very light wight sword for dealing speed attacks ideal for early game while speed blade mid game.

Colossal Blade (Netherite):

An extremely large and heavy sword forged from Netherite.
This weapon has a longer cooldown/reload time but delivers powerful hits and applies a longer stun effect than the Crusher Blade. Best used as an opening strike before switching to faster weapons like the Echo Saber.
