💬 Description
Transparent Entities — Simple Client-Side Fabric mod which removes the annoying crowd by gradually hiding closest player and other entities.
This mod only makes entities translucent, nothing more.
This mod requires "Fabulous!" graphics settings for for a better experience!
⚙️ Configuration Screen
You can also set the activation distances for hiding, full hiding and even minimum hiding level!

If you want, you can also disable translucency for some players/entities in the world! You can do this via:
1) Social Interactions Screen
2) Commands
3) Hotkeys (hover over the entity and press the hotkey!)

How to Install Transparent Entities on Your Server
Order Server
Order a Minecraft Java server with at least 3 GB RAM (4 GB recommended).
Set fabric Loader
In the panel under "Egg", select the fabric loader and matching Minecraft version (1.21.8).
Install Mod
Open the mod browser in the dashboard and search for "Transparent Entities". Click "Install" – done! Alternatively, upload the .jar via SFTP to the /mods folder.

Transparent Entities server crashes on startup – what to do?
Most common cause: wrong fabric version or insufficient RAM. Check the server log (latest.log) for "OutOfMemoryError" or "Mixin" errors. With Mado Hosting: ensure at least 3 GB RAM is allocated and the loader matches the mod version (1.21.8). You can switch loaders with one click in the panel.
Is Transparent Entities compatible with fabric?

Recommended RAM: 4 GB (per 8 players). Use /spark profiler to check if Transparent Entities consumes the most tick time.
