About this Mod
Traveled Tracks
Adds compatibility between Trackwork and The Roads More Traveled (TRMT)
TRMT is a fabric only mod, however it works through connector. Traveled Tracks is a forge mod, designed to be used with:
- Trackwork 1.2.0+
- TRMT latest
- Sintra connector + Forgified fabric api
Traveled Tracks makes trackwork wheels and tracks affect the terrain in the same way a player or mounted player would in TRMT.
Wheels will use the unmounted player modifier, tracks will use the mounted player modifier (aka tracks are "heavier", like riding a horse, and more likely to degrade the ground)
Default config for TRMT makes it so a player (or, in this case, trackwork vehicle) has to travel the same route many times to noticeably change the terrain. So this mod is best in the long-run, to see your "desire roads" for your vehicles!

Traveled Tracks server crashes on startup – what to do?
Most common cause: wrong forge version or insufficient RAM. Check the server log (latest.log) for "OutOfMemoryError" or "Mixin" errors. With Mado Hosting: ensure at least 4 GB RAM is allocated and the loader matches the mod version (1.20.1). You can switch loaders with one click in the panel.
Is Traveled Tracks compatible with forge?
Traveled Tracks officially supports forge for Minecraft 1.20.1. The Mado dashboard automatically detects incompatible loader combinations.
Server lagging with Traveled Tracks – how to optimize performance?
Recommended RAM: 6 GB (per 5 players). Use /spark profiler to check if Traveled Tracks consumes the most tick time. Common fixes: reduce server view-distance to 8-10, install "performant" or "starlight" as supplementary mods on Forge. With Mado Hosting, your server runs on NVMe SSDs with dedicated CPU cores for minimal latency.
