About this Mod
Treasure Expansion for Better than Adventure!
This mod adds new treasure items and other adventure related content to Better than Adventure. Some of these include:
- A diving helmet which allows you to breathe and break blocks quickly underwater
- Piston boots which allow you to leap 3 blocks in the air
- The Alien Gadget which acts as a clock, compass, and calendar in your inventory
- The hellish quiver, which allows you to fire flaming arrows
- A variety of new fruits, that can be found in structures (in addition to apples)
- New types of chest blocks exclusive to structures
- Much more & more coming in future updates
This project tries to stay similar to "vanilla" bta in its content, so if you love BTA! but wish it had more adventure content, Treasure Expansion is for you!

How to Install Treasure Expansion on Your Server
Order Server
Order a Minecraft Java server with at least 3 GB RAM (4 GB recommended).
Set bta-babric Loader
In the panel under "Egg", select the bta-babric loader and matching Minecraft version (b1.7.3).
Install Mod
Open the mod browser in the dashboard and search for "Treasure Expansion". Click "Install" – done! Alternatively, upload the .jar via SFTP to the /mods folder.

Treasure Expansion server crashes on startup – what to do?
Most common cause: wrong bta-babric version or insufficient RAM. Check the server log (latest.log) for "OutOfMemoryError" or "Mixin" errors. With Mado Hosting: ensure at least 3 GB RAM is allocated and the loader matches the mod version (b1.7.3). You can switch loaders with one click in the panel.
Is Treasure Expansion compatible with bta-babric?
