About this Mod
What is this mod about?
Trypophobia is a mod that mainly focuses on adding new dimensions: The Vision, Prize and The Void. The Vision is a dimension is based on Trypophobia (the fear of clusters of holes) and Ommetaphobia (the fear of eyes). Prize is a Dimension based on nostalgia and The Void is a representation of eternal Limbo.
How do I enter the dimension?
When you add a single glow lichen to the bread recipe it crafts moldy bread. Upon eating it, it will leave a white clump in your inventory. If you eat the white clump you will be transported to The Vision. Prize is able to be entered by crafting a Prize Block and feeding it Bricks and a flint and steel, and then using those blocks to make a nether portal like shape. Hitting someone with a Trinket of Banishment in your off-hand sends them to The Void.
How do I leave the Vision?
Either prepare yourself by combining moss and glow lichen before entering The Vision or find green mold clusters on the floors of caves or finding a clump in rare underground structure.
How do I leave The void
Currently, dying or cheating with /Dimension is the only way, I'm still adding a way to leave.
Why should I even go there?
For new blocks and items only available there. Steel Blocks, for example, is used in most recipes for the new weapons added.

How to Install TRYPOPHOBIA on Your Server
Order Server
Order a Minecraft Java server with at least 3 GB RAM (4 GB recommended).
Set neoforge Loader
In the panel under "Egg", select the neoforge loader and matching Minecraft version (1.21.8).
Install Mod
Open the mod browser in the dashboard and search for "TRYPOPHOBIA". Click "Install" – done! Alternatively, upload the .jar via SFTP to the /mods folder.

TRYPOPHOBIA server crashes on startup – what to do?
Most common cause: wrong neoforge version or insufficient RAM. Check the server log (latest.log) for "OutOfMemoryError" or "Mixin" errors. With Mado Hosting: ensure at least 3 GB RAM is allocated and the loader matches the mod version (1.21.8). You can switch loaders with one click in the panel.
Is TRYPOPHOBIA compatible with neoforge?
TRYPOPHOBIA officially supports neoforge for Minecraft 1.21.8. The Mado dashboard automatically detects incompatible loader combinations.
Server lagging with TRYPOPHOBIA – how to optimize performance?
Recommended RAM: 4 GB (per 8 players). Use /spark profiler to check if TRYPOPHOBIA consumes the most tick time. Common fixes: reduce server view-distance to 8-10, install "performant" or "starlight" as supplementary mods on Forge.
