Well, here you go.
The enchantment is labeled as Indestructible in-game to distinguish from Unbreaking.
This mod on 1.21 and later triggers the Experimental Settings warning every time you open the world. To fix this, install Hide Experimental Warning.

How to Install Unbreakable Enchantment on Your Server
Order Server
Order a Minecraft Java server with at least 3 GB RAM (4 GB recommended).
Set datapack Loader
In the panel under "Egg", select the datapack loader and matching Minecraft version (1.21).
Install Mod
Open the mod browser in the dashboard and search for "Unbreakable Enchantment". Click "Install" – done! Alternatively, upload the .jar via SFTP to the /mods folder.
