About this Mod

This is a very simple mod that replaces values in Minecraft's default DamageUtil class to allow for protection values over 20 to be calculated.

The way it works is by calculating the damage based on however much armor the player has PLUS a predefined 'padding' (set in config). The higher the armor value, the higher the protection, however you wil experience diminishing returns at higher values.

How to Install Uncapped Armor on Your Server

Order Server

Order a Minecraft Java server with at least 3 GB RAM (4 GB recommended).

Set fabric Loader

In the panel under "Egg", select the fabric loader and matching Minecraft version (1.21.8).

Install Mod

Open the mod browser in the dashboard and search for "Uncapped Armor". Click "Install" – done! Alternatively, upload the .jar via SFTP to the /mods folder.
