This datapack adds new custom armor upgrades found in newly added structures!

Uncover a hidden chest in the new structure, that spawns in deserts, filled with the new special item, 'Ancient Technology Upgrade', which allows you to upgrade your diamond chestplate with new and unique technologies. Then you can craft the new special armor (will give you one random out of the two)

FAQ

How many structures are there? -> There are 7 structures you can upgrade, all with 3 levels, so combined you can get up to 22 completely UNIQUE and CUSTOM structures!

Java or Bedrock? -> JAVA

VERSION? -> 1.19.2

How do i get the structures? -> You craft them, in your inventory you have a recipe book, click it to see all the structures, you can click throught the menu, to show the recipes!

REQUIREMENTS Version: 1.19.2, Optifine: Not Required, Resource Pack: required

Do /reload when you join to the world, to start the datapack!

How to Install Upgrade Structures on Your Server

Order Server

Order a Minecraft Java server with at least 3 GB RAM (4 GB recommended).

Set datapack Loader

In the panel under "Egg", select the datapack loader and matching Minecraft version (1.19.3).

Install Mod

Open the mod browser in the dashboard and search for "Upgrade Structures". Click "Install" – done! Alternatively, upload the .jar via SFTP to the /mods folder.

Upgrade Structures server crashes on startup – what to do?

Most common cause: wrong datapack version or insufficient RAM. Check the server log (latest.log) for "OutOfMemoryError" or "Mixin" errors. With Mado Hosting: ensure at least 3 GB RAM is allocated and the loader matches the mod version (1.19.3). You can switch loaders with one click in the panel.

Is Upgrade Structures compatible with datapack and fabric and forge and quilt?

Upgrade Structures officially supports datapack, fabric, forge, quilt for Minecraft 1.19.3, 1.19.2, 1.19.1. Note: Forge and Fabric mods are NOT cross-compatible – pick one loader and stick with it. The Mado dashboard automatically detects incompatible loader combinations.

Server lagging with Upgrade Structures – how to optimize performance?

Recommended RAM: 4 GB (per 8 players). Use /spark profiler to check if Upgrade Structures consumes the most tick time. Common fixes: reduce server view-distance to 8-10, install "performant" or "starlight" as supplementary mods on Forge.
