About this Mod
FEATURES
Adds 12 fallen birch and oak log types of length 4-6 in the minecraft:forest biome with iron or stone axes that can be obtained by left- or right-clicking, along with many other ways to obtain them.
Adds 6 Healing Fire variants (with random rotations), generating in the minecraft:taiga biome. The only difference between variants is the different amounts and locations of logs. Each fire will heal you by 1 HP (0.5 Hearts) every 3 seconds. Breaking the campfire will permanently remove its effect. The coarse dirt around the fire will not allow tree generation.
Adds the Desert Arena, generating in the minecraft:desert biome. It contains a barrel of loot, and even more if you're willing to uncover the loot hidden in the sand, but beware the monsters that arrive at night.
FUTURE PLANS
Rock and ore piles with pickaxes, along with other features, may be added in the future.
VERSIONS
Supports 1.21.5 - 26.1.2
COMPATIBILITY/BUGS
As long as there are no packs with the same filenames, you should be fine.
If there are any bugs, including floating "ghost" tools (survival causes should be fixed but may break with /kill-ing certain entities), please report them (with steps to reproduce them) here.
Uses repeating tick functions, I tried to make them optimized but may affect performance.

Useful Structures server crashes on startup – what to do?
Most common cause: wrong datapack version or insufficient RAM. Check the server log (latest.log) for "OutOfMemoryError" or "Mixin" errors. With Mado Hosting: ensure at least 4 GB RAM is allocated and the loader matches the mod version (26.1.2). You can switch loaders with one click in the panel.
Is Useful Structures compatible with datapack and fabric and forge and neoforge and quilt?
Useful Structures officially supports datapack, fabric, forge, neoforge, quilt for Minecraft 26.1.2, 26.1.1, 26.1. Note: Forge and Fabric mods are NOT cross-compatible – pick one loader and stick with it. The Mado dashboard automatically detects incompatible loader combinations.
Server lagging with Useful Structures – how to optimize performance?
Recommended RAM: 6 GB (per 5 players). Use /spark profiler to check if Useful Structures consumes the most tick time. Common fixes: reduce server view-distance to 8-10, install "performant" or "starlight" as supplementary mods on Forge. With Mado Hosting, your server runs on NVMe SSDs with dedicated CPU cores for minimal latency.
