About this Mod
Mob Shards
Almost every mob has its own mob shard, these can be used to craft items that relate to the mob and spawn eggs.
Crafted spawn eggs can be further used to craft survival spawners that function almost identically to regular spawners but spawn mobs at a slower rate.
Note: ores have since been removed.

Bundles
Bundles are now craftable and can hold up to 128 items.
Bundles can also now be upgraded to increase their storage space.
Dragon Drops
After the dragon has died, it will fling several items into the air.
These include:
- Dragon flesh
- Dragon scale
- Dragon heart
Additionally, dragon scales can be used to craft a new tier of tools and armor which are slightly more powerful than netherite.

Enchantments
A few new enchantments have been added for you to use.
Some of these enchantments include:
- Life Leech, steal health from hit players/mobs
- Repairing, alternative to mending, causes tools to repair themselves over time while not being used/held
- Auto Smelting, smelts any blocks mined
- Everlasting, stops item from despawning when dropped
- Soul Bound, item is kept on death
Pipes
Pipes are an alternative to hoppers and can transport/insert/extract items in all 6 directions.
To transport items pipes require a pipe engine to be connected within 8 blocks.
What direction items move in and whether a pipe will insert or extract items is also dependent on what direction the pipe engine is placed in.

Slime Pearl
Slime pearls can be crafted from one slime ball and one ender pearl and will bounce once after thrown.

Other Stuff
Useless Additions adds a bunch of other stuff for you to use, but you'll have to find out about those in game. :D
If you have any ideas you'd like to see added, let me know and I might add them!
Cross mod support for hud icons
Please use REI instead of JEI as the mod does not currently support JEI for its crafting stations/recipe types

Useless Additions server crashes on startup – what to do?
Most common cause: wrong fabric version or insufficient RAM. Check the server log (latest.log) for "OutOfMemoryError" or "Mixin" errors. With Mado Hosting: ensure at least 3 GB RAM is allocated and the loader matches the mod version (1.20.4). You can switch loaders with one click in the panel.
Is Useless Additions compatible with fabric?
Useless Additions officially supports fabric for Minecraft 1.20.4. The Mado dashboard automatically detects incompatible loader combinations.
Server lagging with Useless Additions – how to optimize performance?
Recommended RAM: 4 GB (per 8 players). Use /spark profiler to check if Useless Additions consumes the most tick time. Common fixes: reduce server view-distance to 8-10, install "performant" or "starlight" as supplementary mods on Forge. With Mado Hosting, your server runs on NVMe SSDs with dedicated CPU cores for minimal latency.
