About this Mod
Welcome to the Vanilla Extras project! A mod that aims to improve and extend the game in all ways desired!
This mod is Work In Progress, expect bugs and errors.
We were reborn! After a long time of not working on the project, I'm back! And with that a whole new chapter in the life of this mod has begun!
The mod (for now) offers many new armours tools and foods (for more information, check the changelog).
Changes in V2-0.2 [LATEST]:
-Updated textures of cheese, doughnut and pizza.
-Fixed eggs in recipes to be able to use all 3 types of eggs.
-Added bottle of milk, bottle of heavy cream, croissant, butter, cheeseburger, langos and chicken soup.
-Updated doughnut recipe to give you more doughnuts.
-Fixed the stacking of foods in bowls.

How to Install Vanilla Extras on Your Server
Order Server
Order a Minecraft Java server with at least 3 GB RAM (4 GB recommended).
Set neoforge Loader
In the panel under "Egg", select the neoforge loader and matching Minecraft version (1.21.8).
Install Mod
Open the mod browser in the dashboard and search for "Vanilla Extras". Click "Install" – done! Alternatively, upload the .jar via SFTP to the /mods folder.

Vanilla Extras server crashes on startup – what to do?
Most common cause: wrong neoforge version or insufficient RAM. Check the server log (latest.log) for "OutOfMemoryError" or "Mixin" errors. With Mado Hosting: ensure at least 3 GB RAM is allocated and the loader matches the mod version (1.21.8). You can switch loaders with one click in the panel.
Is Vanilla Extras compatible with neoforge?
Vanilla Extras officially supports neoforge for Minecraft 1.21.8, 1.20.6. The Mado dashboard automatically detects incompatible loader combinations.
Server lagging with Vanilla Extras – how to optimize performance?
Recommended RAM: 4 GB (per 8 players). Use /spark profiler to check if Vanilla Extras consumes the most tick time. Common fixes: reduce server view-distance to 8-10, install "performant" or "starlight" as supplementary mods on Forge.
