About this Mod

Veilmon helps Cobblemon servers reduce Pokémon ESP abuse by masking hidden Pokémon identity data until the player has line of sight.

When a Pokémon is out of view, Veilmon can replace sensitive client-side data like species identity, form, aspects, level, shiny value, marks, and scale with a configurable dummy Pokémon. The entity still exists client-side, so minimaps can continue showing Pokémon presence, and optionally the real species name, without exposing the richer data ESPs commonly target.

Includes configurable LoS checks, F5-style camera parity probes, owned-Pokémon bypass, reload/status commands, and a cached dummy identity for low overhead.

How to Install Veilmon on Your Server

Order Server

Order a Minecraft Java server with at least 3 GB RAM (4 GB recommended).

Set fabric Loader

In the panel under "Egg", select the fabric loader and matching Minecraft version (1.21.1).

Install Mod

Open the mod browser in the dashboard and search for "Veilmon". Click "Install" – done! Alternatively, upload the .jar via SFTP to the /mods folder.

Veilmon server crashes on startup – what to do?
