About this Mod

Adds the Veinmine & Smelting enchantments respectively.

You do NOT need Veinminer or Veinminer Enchantment installed. This replaces and combines the datapacks

Veinmine lets you mine ore-veins with a single block break if they are connected.

Smelting automatically smelts the raw ores for you to pick up.

Both enchantments can be found in Enchantment tables, and Smelting can also be obtained through loot chests & villager trading

This datapack is a rewrite/update and fix to Veinminer & Veinminer Enchantment from Miraculixx and Smelting from lullaby6 to make sure it works with Veinminer along with changes to the behavior for consistency

Also made sure it works with the Enchantments Encore datapack by Explorer's Eden (Range checks etc for their Crab Claw enchantment)

Works as of right now in Singleplayer & in Multiplayer 1.21.2-1.21.8

How to Install Veinmine & Autosmelt Enchantments on Your Server

Order Server

Order a Minecraft Java server with at least 3 GB RAM (4 GB recommended).

Set datapack Loader

In the panel under "Egg", select the datapack loader and matching Minecraft version (1.21.8).

Install Mod

Open the mod browser in the dashboard and search for "Veinmine & Autosmelt Enchantments". Click "Install" – done! Alternatively, upload the .jar via SFTP to the /mods folder.

Most common cause: wrong datapack version or insufficient RAM. Check the server log (latest.log) for "OutOfMemoryError" or "Mixin" errors. With Mado Hosting: ensure at least 3 GB RAM is allocated and the loader matches the mod version (1.21.8). You can switch loaders with one click in the panel.
