Want to know where to start? Craft a Bat and start exploring! I recommend playing with extra mods like Natures Compass and JEI. The mod is heavily referencial, many things in the mod are references to things I enjoy, but I still try to introduce these features in unique and fun ways. If you have a suggestion to improve any features then I'd love to hear them!
Permissions:
Modpacks: You may use this mod in modpacks and edit any features to fit your packs balance. Should you use it in a pack and upload it to a site that doesn't show the mod authors, I would appreciate credit in some way.
Reuploads: You may NOT upload this mod to Curseforge unless it is in a modpack. I purposefully left out Curseforge for a reason. If there are other sites that you think the mod should be on, ask me and I will upload them there.
Addons: You may make addons to the mod, feel free.

This is my first mod, and I never thought I'd be able to make something like this. It's not perfect, hell it might not even be good. But I hope you enjoy it. If you'd like to contribute to the mod in some way I have channels in my Discord dedicated to just that.

How to Install Void Beast on Your Server
Order Server
Order a Minecraft Java server with at least 3 GB RAM (4 GB recommended).
Set neoforge Loader
In the panel under "Egg", select the neoforge loader and matching Minecraft version (1.21.1).
Install Mod
Open the mod browser in the dashboard and search for "Void Beast". Click "Install" – done! Alternatively, upload the .jar via SFTP to the /mods folder.

Void Beast server crashes on startup – what to do?
Most common cause: wrong neoforge version or insufficient RAM. Check the server log (latest.log) for "OutOfMemoryError" or "Mixin" errors. With Mado Hosting: ensure at least 3 GB RAM is allocated and the loader matches the mod version (1.21.1). You can switch loaders with one click in the panel.
Is Void Beast compatible with neoforge?
Void Beast officially supports neoforge for Minecraft 1.21.1. The Mado dashboard automatically detects incompatible loader combinations.
Server lagging with Void Beast – how to optimize performance?
Recommended RAM: 4 GB (per 8 players). Use /spark profiler to check if Void Beast consumes the most tick time. Common fixes: reduce server view-distance to 8-10, install "performant" or "starlight" as supplementary mods on Forge.
