About this Mod

Warrior Cats Events is the most complete, popular, and loved Warrior Cats mod available for Minecraft.
Warrior Cats Events is a mod inspired by the Warrior's saga that promises to turn your vanilla survival experience into a true clan cat survival experience.
Warrior Cats Events adds several new blocks, items, entities, systems, and features specifically designed for inmersion and taking good care of aesthetics, with the only goal to offer the most realistic, inmersive, and book-loyal Warrior Cats experience.

1.9.3 | Support for Neoforge 1.21
From this version, WCE will now also be available for Neoforge 1.21.1.
This is a quite important announcement since for so long WCE has stayed in 1.20.1.
Neoforge as a mod loader offers better support, faster loading times, and better mod loading in general, so your game might be more stable.
And as for the version (1.21.1), this might help with availability for other mods and other mechanics Minecraft has implemented in newer versions.
In the future, hopefully more versions will be supported.
Changelog
- Port to Neoforge 1.21.1
- Move the serene seasons season overlay
- Adjusted the territory overlay
- Player deputies can now send cats on patrol
- Added an options screen, displayed by pressing "K" by default. This will offer easy access to almost all GUIs and options from WCE.
- Other minor adjustements
1.9.0 | Sickness and more!
It has been requested and asked for so much... It took a while and a hard work but it's finally here...
Allow me to introduce the diseases system!
These will add a brand new level of complexity and challenge to the gameplay.
Diseases will be obtained in different ways. Some are more common in certain environments, some others are caused by other circumstances such as falls or the presence of other conditions.
The new diseases and conditions added for this update are: Greencough, Whitecough, Broken Leg, Chills, Deathberries Poisoning, Fever, Sore Pads.
If you like to use the mod Serene Seasons, compatibility has been added for it so that Greencough might be a real issue during Leaf-bare...
This update also adds a few more herbs and a few adjustements to the ones that were already in.
You better start collecting herbs, because now those will be really needed.
Changelog
- Added the new Diseases system. Check the Warrior's Guide in game or the Wiki for more information.
- Added Server config for Diseases system. You can also use `/gamerule wceDiseases`
- The Serene Seasons season will now be displayed on the upper left side of the screen. You can disable this through the client config.
- Added new Crafting Rock recipes for Comfrey poultice, leg wrap, poppy seeds, and yarrow poultice.
- Reworked and improved the Changelog screen.
- Reworked the Deathberries. It is no longer only an effect, and will now be a disease. This will make Deathberries poisoning now actually deadly unless its treated.
- Balanced some skills from the skill tree. Nerfed the Jump skill, you will now jump high only when sprinting.
- Prey spawns for territory slightly balanced
- Added `/wce disease ` commands.
- Added `/wce changelog` command.
- Fixed player morphs not showing correctly in the clan manage screen.
- Fixed tree stumps not changing the clan name when a clan is renamed.
- Added Feverfew, Feverfew leaves, Juniper, Juniper berries, Poppy seeds, Comfrey, Comfrey leaves, Comfrey root, Yarrow poultice, Comfrey poultice, Cobweb on a stick, Leg wrap.
- Spiders now have a chance to drop Cobweb.
- Added suspicious prey, mixed on a Crafting Rock using any wce prey or meat and deathberries. This prey will cause the same effect as eating Deathberries. Hold shift while hovering a prey item in your inventory to see if it is poisoned.
- Added preview for kits spawned through the Kit item.
- Boosted vanilla rabbit spawns.
- Improved Claws and Whiskers tooltips. You can now view all their usages in the item itself when holding shift while hovering it in your inventory.
- Whiskers will now repair through time when they are in your inventory and are not being used.
- Other minor adjustments

Warrior Cats Events is born from the lack of good quality mods based on Warrior Cats. There was never a public and reliable mod that could truly make you able to be a Warrior!
I once wanted a mod like that too, one I could both play in Singleplayer, and that was also fully compatible and even better in Multiplayer.
I searched for mods, tried different combinations in a modpack, nothing worked…
Nothing really felt like Warriors.
But there is a valuable golden rule of mine…
"If it doesn't exist, create it yourself"
Warrior Cats Events seeks to fill that void that for many years has been in the Minecraft community and Warriors community. A mod that could truly transform your survival experience into Warrior Cats. But a complete, inmersive, and carefully designed one.
![]()
"What if we could create our own characters? What if we could have our own warriors? What if we could make our own camps, clans, friendships?"
"What if we could write our own story?"
And then, Warrior Cats Events was born.

Warrior Cats Events promises to turn your vanilla survival experience into a true Warrior Cats experience, always taking good care of aesthetics, game design, and including as much as possible to be the most loyal to the Warriors saga.
Warrior Cats Events adds everything that a Warriors world needs.
- A realistic clan system compatible with multiplayer.
- Wild Cats to recruit for your clan.
- Genetics and customization to create and make your very own unique character with billions of different combinations.
- Chat bubbles, emotes, and more mechanics for self expression.
- Realistic and inmersive systems such as thirst, leaping, fishing, territories, patrols, and more.
- Many classic herbs and blocks for decoration.
- Clan roles with their own functionalities.
- Accessories to wear.
- Prey to hunt and eat.
- Sickness and health conditions.
- And so, so much more…
Warrior Cats Events's goal is to be the best, most popular, most inmersive, most fun, and most complete Warrior Cats inspired mod in the whole Minecraft community.

Warrior Cats Events is a very deep mod, full of different systems, mechanics, functionalities, and additions that are just too much to summarize.
Therefore, to know everything, every detail, and every single thing Warrior Cats Events adds and allows you to do, you can check the Wiki Instead!

"How do I morph into a cat?"
- You are morphed into cat the first time you join a world and create your character. To switch between cat and human, you can use the orange button in the emote menu opened pressing "Y" by default.
"I turned into human by mistake and I can't morph back"
- To morph back into cat, use the orange button in the emote menu opened pressing "Y" by default. I also suggest to disable the keybind for morphing the mod woodwalkers provides to avoid unmorphing by mistake again
"How can I tame/recruit cats?"
- First, make sure the cat you found is a Wild Cat from Warrior Cats Events, vanilla cats wont work. To recruit a cat, you will have to give them [Fresh-kill and Herbs]. After that, they might accept your offer and join you.
"How do I make a clan?"
- To make a clan, use "/wce clan register". To see the list of commands available for clans, type "/wce clan " and see the list of arguments.
"How do I breed Wild Cats?"
- You can bring two cats together giving Catmint to each of them. Just the same way you would do with any other Minecraft animal. Only if there is a female, the female will then be expecting kits.
"Will WCE ever be available for Bedrock, Fabric, etc?"
- Bedrock is a whole different platform, a whole new coding language, and it is a lot different from Java. So WCE wont be ported to Bedrock.
- Fabric while it is in Java and would technically possible, it is not planned since it's a whole new different environment with its own limitations. So as for now, WCE wont be available for Fabric.
- In the future, it might be ported to newer versions and Neoforge, but it is not planned nor confirmed.
"How do I change Server config and Client config?"
- Client config is accessible through the "Mods" section in the pause menu in the game. Search "Warrior Cats Events", click "Config", and you will see it. The client config is also present in the "config" folder in your instance.
- Server config file is in the "serverconfig" folder in your world. You can access the files of your world through your instance folder, then go to "saves", then go to the world you wish.
"How do I…"
- Check the Warrior's Guide or the wiki. Everything in the mod is explained and detailed there. It contains further information about everything, and therefore it is the main source of information.
