Download the .zip file
Open your world folder:
Singleplayer: .minecraft/saves/YourWorld/
Server: your world directory
Go into the datapacks folder
Drag and drop the .zip file (do NOT unzip it)
In-game, run:

/reload

Confirm it loaded:
