ALPHA testing!

YourLine is a mod for Minecraft that completely changes world exploration and the overall progression experience. The world generation mostly stays close to vanilla, but all biomes have been replaced with only forests, oceans, mountains, and deserts. Because of this, the world feels more atmospheric, isolated, and sometimes even abandoned.

New World Generation

During exploration, players can discover massive structures made for progression. Some appear on the surface, while others are hidden underground, inside mountains, or deep within oceans. These structures are inspired by the exploration style of Terraria combined with dungeon-like structures from newer versions of Minecraft. Every structure has its own atmosphere, layout, and level of difficulty.

Structures

Inside, players can find locked paths, separated rooms, mechanisms, hidden routes, story locations, and special events. Many structures cannot be completed immediately.

Dialog System

• %Message - sends a message without a character name
• %!Message - sends a message as the character
• /yourline setname <name> - sets the character name

Example:

/yourline setname Neozz
%!Hello

Output:

Neozz: Hello

Additional Features

• Colored messages and character names using & + Minecraft color codes
• Floating dialog window with slow movement (up, down, left, right)
