Change the speed of every belt

You can change the speed for every belt you have in your factory.

How to do it:
- Use the dismantle tool to highlight your belt (Pressing F)
- Click Shift to show the speed
- Click + or - to increase or decrease 10 items per minute (now you can use PageUp or PageDown too)
- Click Shift+ or Shift- to increase or decrease 100 items per minute (now you can use ShiftPageUp or ShiftPageDown too)

PS: You dont change all belts of the same class speed, just the part you are selecting.
